Women's Ministry Team: The Mission of the Women's Ministry Team is to create spaces and environments that will help women live out the Gospel through their God-given design and purpose. Our passion is to see women grow in knowing and living out the Word of God through Bible study, special events, mentoring, and serving others in the love of Christ.
Welcome Team: The Mission of the Welcome Team is to be that first impression, that welcoming presence to anyone and everyone who is attending our services or events! Greeting people and creating a welcoming environment is our first connection to the community. This is not just a "task to be done!" If you are passionate about people and want them to experience God in our Sunday School classes, Worship Service, Special events or any, and every other setting in our church - This is the team for YOU!
Media & Sound Team: The Mission of our Media & Sound Team is to ensure that the church accomplishes its desired mission through the production of creative and inspiring weekend services and special events. We aim to provide audio and video that is worthy of the worship of Jesus Christ! This goal is best accomplished by ministering to the technical, physical, and spiritual needs of those who have entrusted God's Word to us (those ministering to the congregation) so that we can impart that message to the hearts and ears of the Body of Christ.
Men's Ministry Team: The Mission of the Men's Ministry Team is to Encourage, Engage, Equip, and Empower the men of Direct Baptist Church and our community to become all that God has purposely designed each one of them to be! How would our church, our community, and our city be affected if the men of our faith were to follow the apostle Paul's instructions in 1 Corinthians 16:13 and: "Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong."
Care & Condolence Ministry Team: The Mission of our Care and Condolence team is to support and minister to families and individuals who have lost loved ones, enabling them to see God's care and compassion in the midst of one of life's most difficult challenges.
Kingdom Kidz Team: The Mission of our Kingdom Kidz Ministry Team is to shape, mold, and empower our children to live Christ-centered lives through fellowship, service, and education.
